so ur booking was never confirmed by Pak suzuki motor company.
the dealership didnt had quota or they have utilized the quota somewhere else as they wud have know abt the price hike.
normally booking is confirmed in 4 working days by pak suzuki, did u remind ur dealership after submitting payorder to give u confirmed booking number from pak suzuki? or did u follow up from them for the tentative delivery date?
this happens alot, dealership will give the car to investor who wud share the profit later with them else give it to someone who is willing to pay them extra.
seems like u need to book the car with new price else hit back strongly at dealership and ask them to provide complete evidence that the booking has been cancelling actually by PSMCL with proper correspondence and proof which can later be used to make a complaint with consumer court or suzuki japan,
but in my opinion this is highly unlikely, most probabaly dealership used ur quota somewhere else and if they cannot provide any evidence of cancellation from suzuki, u need to be very assertive with them that u need the car at the old price as they didnt inform u abt cancellation before the price change.
if u can influence them they anything is possible, they can provide u car at old price.
