It will work fine on ur PC
But any thing above it will be a bottleneck
Get a 6790 a antec 450watt psu and add another 2gb ram stick

Cost will be like this
14.5k for gpu
3.3k for psu
Don't know about ram
As you will need to get a ram which is similar to the one in ur pc

which processor are u talking about? give mother board details...
as far as i know, 3.5ghz processors dont exist in ur budget. If they do, they are old P4 single cores....
If ur talking about over clocking, it depends on processor and what kind of cooling and ambient temp u have...since ur waay up there, temps are obviously better so u can probably squeeze a little extra performance out of ur slow processor....but do note that overclocking may result in prmanent damage to mother board or processor if they were not meant for overclocking...

Few nights back I signed into Xbox Live and it promoted to update..which I did and now games of "chinese cds" not working and only "genuine cds" are working. In past I updated Xbox number of times and everything kept working. I think I had ixtreme 1.6 mod...how to resolve the issue..any new version of ixtreme available? Is it easy to install..last time I get it installed from Hall Road..now I am not in Lahore....

no no...there are softwares that can tell u exact model etc....search on google. I dont remember the names rite now. Just search.

as per the thread i linked above; yes remod can help...but with chances that if mistakenly i connect with xbox live; my console will be permanently banned...

my console is being used by my kids (10 and 5); not only they switch profiles when they play games which may ends up mistakenly choosing the xbox live profile...they also use xbox live on and off...they love downloading demos of new games / small indie games and playing multi-player games on xbox live (we got few genuine one). Thats why I will rather wait for ixtreme lt+ 2.0 which is expected to come soon and will take care of this recent dashboard update

but for those who use their console exclusively or can control that its not go online by mistake etc...remodding is possible!
