I noticed some oil build up around vaccum hose coming from PCV valve
You didn't change pcv with a new one?
Unplug your pvc valve and se if rattling noice is coming when you shake it.if not then change it with new one because its not much expensive.and if rattling noice coming from it so clan it with carb cleaner and give it some time to dry and then plug it again. @mohsin-212
and when engine is not hot use some carb cleaner on that place and do it clean...

@haseeb.basharat Sir pcv for Toyota A series engine can work with Z series engine or Z with A series? Because it's purpose is the same. So what's your thoughts on this. If I can't get new one for my 4afe can I use a new pcv of 3zz, 1nz, 1zz if it's the same size?

i think some suzuki ones will also fit, get a picture of your pcv
You can buy it from a suzuki parts shop, i believe efi cultus one will fit.
for local models, everything is available if you know where to look.

he imported pcv for my car too but later on I came to know it was available on hamza younas as well
so first go to toyodiy.com and find the part number for the pcv valve then ask hamza younas or parts central about availability and if not available then ask PartsCentral to import it for u.
