Finally PCV valve arrived from Hamza Younus but when I removed PCV hose I found it was connected through a jugarh. A piece of gas pipe was attached on valve side of hose as it was shortened due to cutting (may be it was broken). Also pcv was in a bad shape. On shake it clicks but very less now I am looking for new pipe but its also not available

Buy a genuine pcv hose only

Dont use any generic hose, not all hoses can sustain hot oil vapour

Can I use an after market one as Genuine Costs 4000 rupees and also not available here it has to be imported

Also is there any further maintainance required like intake manifold cleaning etc as sludge would be build also on downstream of PCV valve??

Import it bro. There is no need to fit aftermarket. You will end up getting genuine one after wasting money on aftermarket.

use any good quality high temperature automotive use pipe.

you can find an aftermarket pipe for 1zzfe in Lahore but have to do some working as its not very commonly available, meanwhile u can use the one made for 1nzfe, it has slightly different bend from one side but still u can fit it and should be better than ur existing one as having to joints leaks etc...
use genuine clips with pipe, dont replace then with jubilee clips.
cost of pipe is not more than 500 for aftermarket one, its been in market for over 15 years now so many qualities available suiting ur requirements.

What should I do now as new pipe will take time to come and I cant use my car without it. Some options I am looking for:
1) clean and use old pipe with new PCV valve
2) clean and use old pipe and old PCV valve

I am also observing same oil deposits around PCV valve of WagonR from couple of Months and oil level also reducing .. did changing pcv valve helped you?
In my cas there is very minor rattling in valve, but upon starting the engine vacuum can be felt through PCV . thinking it's stuck open

It didnt help bcoz engine rings are worn out
