This is a 3 speed fan. At first the lowest speed setting stopped working, i moved onto the mid setting, after working for somedays now it doesn't spin anymore on any speed setting. The fan blade spins normal if spun manually so no hardness. I disassembled the fan, brushed off all dirt inside, checked the capacitor & it seems fine. What else could be the problem.... bearing, winding?
