Penalty for 1200 CC city and swift

Dear All ,

I hope you are doing good , i want to ask if we get city 1200 cc or swift 1200 cc on "onn" i heard there is a penalty from the goverment for registrartion during 3 months, Can anyone pls confirm what are the pnalty charges for swift and city ?
is it 100,000 pkr or 200,000 ?

It will be great if someone can share response on this

May I add. Its not IF registered within 3 months.
No matter when (not time bound) you register, if the person on the invoice is different than the first registered owner, they'll be paying the 200k tax.

The 3 month rule has been changed to new registered vehicles.
