Performance engine in khyber..... Need help

hey guyz im finally buying khyber. cauz thts the car tht comes in my budget. and frankly i like hatchbacks not sedans. so honda toyota is out of my choice. so i heard tht there was some khyber 1.3 also. efi twin cam. but mostly people said to me its efi is v.old, and if efi troubled then it will be a great problem. cauz spare isnt available and also spark plugs etc of tht engine. i have also seen in forums tht people also install g15 engine. whts tht engine?? can u plz tell me the detailed xplanation of tht engine?? and can turbo be installed in tht engine also? and wht other other things i have to do after installing g15 engine. and if some other engine can also be installed in khyber plz let me knw.

Dear don't mind but khyber is not a car to bear such performance engines, fit to ap koi bhe engine kerdo laikin iss type ki suzuki cars original he best hain.
try some other car like 87,88 charade etc

powerful engine on an old weak khyber chassis, not so smart...
but it can be done..
G15A is 1500cc petrol engine...

seriously i dont like charade. and dere is some issue of spare parts of charade.

so g15a engine must be 12 valve and 4 cyl. or 16 valve? efi or carbourater? can turbo be installed in it?

@iLLDuDe786 , @haali ............i think u people dont know that khyber can easily bear up 1300cc engine as MK1 came with factory fitted 1300cc twin cam engine and the engine mountings were same!!!!rozzzzz has also installed 1500cc engine in his khyber and it gave tough time to civic 1.8!moreover he gave almost 4 car gaps to CL-7!!!!so a 1500cc engine in khyber can win from many tuned charades!

bro everyone has its own taste, you can modify any car you want to, but I think suzuki car's are not capable/worthy to do such mods. Civic 93,94, Starlets, Charades etc are some cars that are worthy to be modified.

I am not degrading khyber in any aspect as I am also switching to khyber from Charade...:P, khyber is far better than a no. of cars, I just think that Khyber's body is like "Chilka", it has a smooth drive but body is not as strong as Charade or even civic..

Regarding 4 car gaps, & tough time to 1.8civic,
I can just say that "Gari koi bhe ho, chalanay wala hona chahiye...:P:D"
seriously that cl7 guy is a Ph**to...

khyber only came with 1.3 twin came or dohc with 100hp engine in 1986 to 1989 ......it continued come in cultus shape mk2 ..but it has different mounting then the khyber

So finding a khyber gti engine will and tuff at it will be old.....and going for a cultus gti g13b..G15 is always the best option....as it has the same engine mounts

its a 16 valve efi with 100hp engine..regarding the turbo..this engine is not for turbo it s economy drive engine which came in jap baleno....

but for turbo a GTI engine will batter

you are right.....a civic has batter chassis then suzuki thats why we have seen 1600 and 1800 and 2200 engine in them.....

suzuki may not have that strong but for 1300 or 1500 or even 1800 is good....but engine swap alone is not all you need to run a car

BRo its all what u feel an d yr car wants

i m running 155/70/13 hard tyres....almost 18k driven still as good as new......but 185/60/13 is good ...14 or 15 r use less...unless used with low profile tyres
