I am looking for suggestions for a suitable engine replacement option for Baleno.
Someone told me to upgrade to J18.... But I am looking for some other options.

M series engines are a good choice, though they do not make tons of power but it will be a good upgrade for baleno chassis. M series are suzuki native engines and are readily available in Pakistan.

The Only M engine options I have are M16A VVT from Swift Sports... Others have almost same BHP as my current engine... Is this engine and its parts easily available in Pakistan?
go for M18a. that would make your car kind of beast. engine should be in extremely good condition. and i think its a bolt on fit for baleno too as it is for liana. if you are islamabad based then just contact @dani_kk. he is professional in such swaps.
G15A from potohar or G16... even J18
why not a small block chevy or a 2jz

M16a will be a good option. Or if you're feeling a bit frisky, a J23 swap can be done (though the Engine isn't readily available)
It already has G16 engine. Its 1.6 gti!

There should be an extra mount, baaqi it's a bolt on fit.
