Lol, these codes verification to identify production date seems like a joke to me. I know your code and can now slap this code on a fake bottle.

Yahan to car ka chassis number bhi change ho jata hai, yeh to sirf aam date code hai.

Unless an original is next to it or a cologne expert, fakes cannot be detected very easily, as i have seen very high level fakes.

Mind your comments before i give you an infraction.

That said.

I have around 60 odd perfumes, for me 200ml is a WASTE.

I hardly use one perfume for max two months that too once a week, then i move to a newer one.

I made my point quite obvious in my post above and its a free forum.

Also having more doesn't necessarily mean that it is more dearer as you said, my most favourite is the Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Desert Oud, and it's a 50ml bottle..

I personally believe that the more common the scent the more chances are there for its fake to be circulating because;

1) Bottles and Boxes are readily available.

2) Has more demand therefore easier to produce and sell.

The more un-common the scent, the less chances of it being fake, BUT then again everything is possible, i may be wrong.

What I've seen is 'the more expensive/limited edition the fragrance is the more you have to be careful about buying on bargains'. Usually there is no point on creating fakes for a fragrance that already costs 20-30 dollars. And if there are still fakes for such fragrances then the packaging and bottle will be shi**y as hell...

How do you rate Scentsation?

I've only bought once from them, from Doleman Mall Karachi, got Issey Miyake and Bvlgari Aqva.
Seemed legit.

They have one outlet here in Ali Tower next to Studio Empoli.

Customer flow is not too much with them, hardly have seen any customer there.

Also i've come across a person who claims that Al Fatah and Enem and all big retail stores source their inventory from Shah Alam market and there is this mega importer there who sells stockpiles to these stores.

Trying to get the name and probably a visit also to see what they have to offer.

I hope to find original perfumes at wholesale prices, will be a treasure chest

Guess what, the first fake that I got was also 212 and because of that I've never bought a CH fragrance again. That was in 2002/03, but now it's much easier to spot fakes of inexpensive scents.

I'm not really sure about scentsation as I only went there once and that also to buy a gift for a friend (he never complained though).

Just make sure to never buy one that doesn't justify the price. If it sounds too good to be true then it really is.

And let us know if you're able to get the importer info.

Everything is possible, but i agree that the most commonly selling ones and famous ones are ones who are mostly found fake in abundance.

Rare types have less fakes.

Those people mostly target the highly demanded best selling perfumes to earn quick cash.

Three big importers are in Shah Alam , who also import origional branded perfumes. But they don't do retail mostly.
That's true that all big stores get there inventory from SHAH Alam. Shah Alam is declared notorious by those people who don't know any thing about this market. They just go buy there desired product from the main Shah Alam road which is fill of retailers having fake products and waiting such innocent people. . [emoji4]

Looks original to me. Post inside of the box pics and pic of the sprayer. Sprayer should be black. and there should be printing inside of the box. box itself should have engraved lettering.

I tested CK2 today.

The fragrance is on the sweeter side with a little hint of CK One.

The bottle is quite unique and like a capsule, looks nice.

Also tested one Amouage perfume. The names were difficult to remember but one bottle was red and the other black.

The Black one was nice but too strong like Pasha
