Petrol average of Honda civic vti prosmatic

Salam all
Respected members I am getting(without AC) 12km/l on highway with 90-100 km/h . Is this average normal or should I swapp my stock engine with d15 vtec engine...please experts opinion required

on saturday traveled from Lahore to Islamabad and back to Lahore same day, speed was exactly 110 and got average of 14 with full time ac. Its 05 civic with d17 engine.

I think the average you are getting is just normal, if engine is in good condition then no need to swap. Just get it tuned to factory specs.

complete engine, transmission, wiring, ecu should be around 60k. head assembly should be around 25 with adjustment of old assembly.

but there must be a reason to swap engine. if your current setup is ok, don't go for swap, instead try to diagnose and fix the issue.
