Yes there are two reasons 1, first check your fuel tank cover may be air release from the tank is block just check the top cover of the tank there is a rubber ring seal just clean it.
2, there is a air release pipe in the tank when you fill the petrol full you have seen there is a small hole from where the petrol comes and again went inside the tank if that pipe is choke this problem happens just shake your car after felling the petrol and fix the tank cap then shake the car it will release the blockage.
