my experience was awful. banged thrice and never found spare parts. kept developing some technical problem too. an uncle owns one as well. wants to get rid of it but nobody's willing to buy.

about your experiences.. peugeot brake need sum servicing and maintenance.. bcoz it was held at karachi port for 3 to 4 years.. that developos rust etc at sum parts...

getting sum parts is really tough.. thats why i have to get sum parts from UK...i make them available here for others as well

you can post pictures and details of your uncles car.. and we might be able to find a customer for him...

right now there is a thread going on in buyers and sellers.. and 2 people are intersted to buy a peugeot...
may be this peugeot fan club can help..

T16 is one hell of a ride...
well i cant get a t16 in to pakistan...but i have just completed purchase of front electric windows which came off from a t16. picture is there on the first page...

now i need to get them flown in to pakistan...

Bingo..... guys i have made the deal with the power windows guy.. .. but i have not made a deal with the rear lights... ...i have made the payments.. and the items will be posted to me tommorow... will arrive with my relatives in UK in a day or two...

if everything goes smooth..INSHALLAH i will have power windows in my car in future

details about the T16 of the seller of the power windows...
(reason for selling stockpower windows is installation of polycarb windows being fitted,)

he emailed me the following details abt his car

its a pitty that we dont have these in pakistan...

i am looking to do sumthing with the seat covers... one of the option is to remove them.. and reveal the original ones...
they will surely need some cleaning etc...another option is to get new seat covers... i dont like the current seat covers but they have served well for 4 years...they were new when i bought the car..

i was thinking of leather covers... but leather covers are really expensive.. if you get those artificial leather ones.. they dont fit well...

oh yes no type R lol..

plus i am looking to save money on where ever i can without making much difference... i think this weekend i will take off the covers and inspect the old ones.. and try to figure out a way to clean them...

have a look.. i dont like the color scheme..plus they are looking very used and abused now

@minex why not just replace the seats with a set from sultan ke kuh, I picked up a set of 240SX seats for my beetle back a few years ago and they only costed me 4200.

the idea is good.. but costly.. as i dont want to invest much on things like seats.. i think first i will remove these covers and try to get the original seats as clean as possible... then i will decide...

will post pictures of the original seats as soon as i take a picture

as we all know that power windows are not smart enough to open or close when we think we need them.. so they need operating switches as well...being aware of this..

i have also bought these.. original ones that come as stock with peugeot 205 gti

have a look... they fit on to the door pockets
