The lights are even on both sides, rhd cars headlights will flick up to the left when on low beam. Its how they are built.
This is opposite for lhd.
Dont confuse the flick for height adjustment.

Yes this is normal flick up, the reason its done this way is to light up roadsigns, they will always be on opposite side to driving seat. Meaning on left for right hand drive countries.
