But i never mess with these flash storage related stuff. These have finite read and write cycles, so increasing it may result in premature failure of flash storage.

Re-install the appropriate firmware of N9208 from Firmwares - SamMobile and then factory reset and wipe cache partition.

Make sure that your phone shows model number SM-N9208 in download mode.

Downloading the firmware (speed is very slow). Btw i might be running wrong firmware currently that might b causing frequent crashes.
Btw should i use odin or kies can work too?

For downloading firmware, use Sam Firm.
Decrypt it.

Flash through Odin. Untick auto-reboot.
Power off.
Boot into recovery.
Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache and then reboot.

You can use smartswitch (formerly KIES) too, that's easier, but works on non rooted phones. Sometimes firmware files get messed up and only fresh installation of firmware fixes that.

As this update is of Turkey and mine is of UAE. And would I still be able to get official OTA updates after flashing this? .

there is no harm in flashing via odin.. you wont trip knox and if it is not the right firmware odin will not proceed.
