I used Aparted from play store to partition my sd. It lets you do partition directly from phone without needing computer access like some other tools eg minitool. Then i used link2sd for transferring apps to sd card. Link2sd requires a partition of sd with both of them primary. The first is used for media and the second is used for apps.

Most kitkat custom roms look like kikat, but they are actually not kitkat.They just update graphics of jelly bean and modify its version number along with some new features.

For rooted android, changing android version number is as easy as adding 2+2.

Build date: Wed, 01 Oct 2014 14:12:44 +0000. Which makes it only one month old. Maybe this one has LTE support.

according to samsung build, Zong 4G LTE carrier has to be included in the list of 4G operators in the CP and CSC file of the firmware and then, it will show the LTE mode in the network menu.

I can unlock my LTE mode by rooting my device, but I am trying to find some ROM (official firmware) that includes ZONG in the list of 4G operators.

Now the question is how to ask Samsung to include zong in their list

You are right. But zong should have contacted samsung in advance.

that's what I am trying to solve. I don't want to do it via rooting. I have rooted mine once and un rooted it again.
I am looking for some firmware that gives me LTE with out rooting.
That will come some day, dont know when

Hi.
I have a G900H running ANG3 firmware.

I've downloaded a ROM which is based on the ANI1 firmware. I've also downloaded the AROMA package, modem and boot loader for ANI1.

In what order do I flash these?

once you root your phone.

just copy the rom in your sd card
and install it from recovery mode
do wipe data and cache before proceeding.

That's how I do it usually, but this time its different. The dev team insists that the modem and bootloader be updated as well.

Any idea about the order to proceed in? I think the boot loader needs to be updated first.

Using CWM recovery or Odin? Are they zip or tar file format?

The boot loader and modem are tar files and thus, have to use Odin. No issue there.
AROMA and ROM are flashable zips.

I'm just trying to figure out what to flash first- boot loader, modem or ROM?
