The company was owned mutually by brothers and it got splitted due to their persoanl fights (as I heard), paiggio Company itself once made mind to separate from Ravi and go with their own venture but then the little brother came and join them to let the flow continue this was the darkest time and even I was sure that this bike will become history its about a year or more when this all happened.
Now in current days bike is back in town, its available in show rooms (I will talk only about Lahore because I only know about Lahore) bike is sent to all other cities via "grey purchase" very much too.
Due to its so much fan following many importers have started importing its spare parts and locally manufacturing its plastic parts these days, and all most al body parts are now available. (again my wings are only limited to Lahore 
).
I met Ravi Sales and Marketing guys recently and they have been very positive in listening to customer complaints the have properly addressed the chain guard issue and the dancing fuel needle issue beside they also told me that HKF is now making 50% of the bike totally locally and they are targeting to make it 100% Pakistani in future.
So things are on positive roads but being a small venture they are pretty slow in pace.
Meeting with Khurram Sales Support Operations Manager and Rashid Marketting Division Expert from Ravi in S-MILE Bikers Meetup ... Ravi keeps in touch with Bikers in every occasion to get feed back how there ride is performing out there.
They also told me that they never wanted there paiggio to be a speedy risky bike and always focused on long term reliable engine with super comfort and fuel economy, but since every youngster try to race it with CG so we are building up its 'R' model which will be targeted as All Terrain Model and will perform beyond bench marks I have much more inside news but I am bound not to share yet.
So stay tuned InshAllah we will see more products from them.
