Pick decreased after changing blocked PCV valve of Cultus VXR 2006 (105000KM Milage)

As per the advice of PakWheelers, i changed the PCV valve which has solved the "oil in air cleaner compartment + Smoke at high RPM" problem completely.

But now i notice that, though the engine has become lot more quieter and smoother, but the Pick has decreased considerably with max speed has become 120 instead of 145 of previously.

What could be the problem? and now what do i need to do? Please Experts guide me in this regard.

How about try changing it once again to see wether it is at fault now or something else?

i am having the same problem of oil in air cleaner filter but mechanic checked my cultus's pcv valve and tell me its ok. is it the valve under gasket at left side or the valve at top beneath the carburetor. and kindly guide me about ur cars current situation please. i had not found any solution.
