Pickup and fuel average Problem in 2014 City Aspire 1.5 AT

Greetings to the PakWheel community,

I recently acquired a 2014 City Aspire 1.5 AT with a mileage of over 73,000 kilometers. Initially, the car exhibited good fuel efficiency and ran smoothly, achieving an impressive 17 kilometers per liter on highways and 13 kilometers per liter in the city. However, after a routine tuning, my car began to experience performance issues.

We've attempted several remedies, including cleaning the throttle, servicing the catalytic converter, changing the oil, spark plug replacement, and servicing the fuel pump and injectors. Additionally, we've conducted throttle learning procedures. Despite all these efforts, the drive remains far from smooth, and the fuel efficiency has significantly dropped to 10 kilometers per liter on highways and a concerning 5 to 6 kilometers per liter within the city.

I'm in need of recommendations for a skilled mechanic in Hyderabad, Sindh, who can help diagnose and resolve the persistent issues with my car.

altho i noticed that when i start my engine haven't show any sign of missing in idle condition, but as the car start running and heat up missing start, after 75km/h car start shaking,

Yes. I was hasty in putting up my post. I read later that you have already done that. We have to go back to the point where it all went wrong. Your "routine service". EXACTLY what was done in the ROUNTINE service? That is where your answer lies. Have all the connectors from the O2 sensors refitted, any wires broken, was the MAF "serviced" any wires broken in the connectors. What I am thinking is that your car ECU has gone into default settings where it is missing some input and car is running but like garbage.

Yes, but car missing on both situation with and without AC,

@msabbasi It's a good idea to have my car checked out by a mechanic, even if there are no warning lights or obvious signs of a fault. Taking it to a Honda service point can be beneficial for a more accurate diagnosis, any suggestion?

yes while driving but this Noise bring my attention even after i turned off my car, even after 20 mints.

Yes. Take it to the Honda 3S place in your area, they have the correct tool to scan it and have vast experience with these cars as they work on them on a daily basis. A piece of unsolicited advice from an old man is to always use the 3S dealer for all your maintenance and service needs. It will cost more but save you all this aggravation.

In many cases, the mechanics use wire brush wheels to clean platinum or Iridium plugs, which ruins them by removing the coating. The gap of the plugs is also disturbed.

Some mechanics remove good quality plugs and replace them with old and faulty plugs.

Sometimes, it's just a loose electrical connections due to carelessness of mechanics. My guess is spark plugs.

A visit to a coupe of Honda dealerships is a good idea, but remember that they try to perform unnecessary service on vehicles as well. Get the car diagnosed from them..

The car is experiencing engine misfires attributed to injector issues, altho still resulting in poor pickup and significantly reduced fuel efficiency.

Brother. Here we can most of the time just assume what can be the possible issue in the car. Because physical examination of the car is only the best way to get what exact problem you are facing. Regarding this contiuous sound in the link. Please check your RPM setting? Your car water body is ok?

After all inspection still not resolving the issue. Then its better to contact your previous car owner if the car is a local purchase and only visit to same electrician and mechanic because they already knew the service history of thr car. This
Is what i do. Or atleast visit them 2,3 times after the purchase so that you can know any hidden problems in the car. New mechanics mostly play with car and ruins. I do not encourage engine oil of grade 20w50 at all.

Did you adjusted the tappet valve. ?
If not then take adjusting of valve. And complete tuning.at the same time .
