i wanted to ask you all....how is pirelli cintratuto p1 as compared to yokohama bluearth ae50 with respect to driving comfort and road noise...is it a good buy...

I haven't tried any of these, but as far as reviews are concerned, Pirelli beats Yokohama, and then Pirelli Cinturato P1 is better choice than Yokohama Bluearth AE50.

yeah...but i tried pirelli p1 today....i felt yokohama bluearth ae50 i had before was bit more comfortable,.....the only reason i am having to change is because the tyres wore out after 40,000 km....and thetyre dealers are saying that only pirelli is coming in 185 65 15.....i want to know if it is a good buy...

Blue earth is soft but wear out fast on rough trains personal experience even i have notice small fragments of rubber disappear on rough roads but still best for paved roads

Yokohama tyres are usually considered soft, and accordingly, its tread wears out quite quickly.

I would strongly disagree. 185/65/R15 is a common tyre size, and almost all brands offer it.

The shopkeeper does not see right, and is trying to sell which he owns.

(Its a Dilemma here k jiss k paas jo hota hai, wo ussi k baray mein baat karta hai, and Taareefain karta hai, and baqion ko zero kar daita hai)

Yes it is...but I checked all.over g10 and blue area and they were saying that Yokohama has stopped coming in 185 65 R15 size we only have 195 65 r15...we just have pirelli p1 in soft tyres...even Michelin is not coming..today I will check in metro...hopefully I can get it there....pirelli looks to be ok...not as soft as Yokohama but shopkeepers say it will last longer....

And you can also try looking for the tyres, at tyres shops in Kamran market, Rawalpindi Saddar; Kashmir road and Saadi road.

I have recently bought the P1s. The are amazing. A little on the harder side compared to Yokohama but they are comfortable and very grippy. The wear and tear is also less as compared to the Yokos. I have used Yokohama all my life, they wear out a little bit early.
