Very loose statement brother. Even one strategic unit within a company is in competition to other SBU in same company. Two sister companies doesnt mean that they can take the loss of other. Its purely for R&D , sourcing & technology. Also, OEMs are always always worried of their sales because they have invested in assembly and they also want RoE.

i have booked haval h6 hev but learning this forum that their is a variant of santa fe price very close to haval h6 hev (i.e smart) i am seriously considering of cancelling my booking and switching to 7 seater at very less difference.

Can some one tell me how long would haval office take to refund my amount and what is expected delivery time for hyundai santa fe smart if paid full price

Sir. Please note down Santa Fe Smart is 5 lacs cheaper than Sportage L HEV. It is available at full payment and delivery is in 2-3 days.
I booked my Santa Fe Signature on 12th Feb and received it on 20th Feb. It was assembled on 18th Feb.
Regarding refund from Haval don't have any information. Please contact your Haval dealership.

Final note. The Hyundai Santa Fe discount offer was valid until 28th Feb. Please check with Hyundai if the offer is still valid before cancellation of Haval.

My apologies. I read Haval H6 HEV as Sportage L HEV. Santa Fe Smart is for 13 M. The difference between Haval and Santa Fe Smart you can calculate.

1.21 and 1.3 so basically 0.9 million difference , but considering the vehicle space and features the difference in vehicles is big.

the santafe smart does not even have any adas features, no auto reverse no auto park , h6 HEV is alot more loaded feature wise only thing that santafe has is a longer wheelbase a bit more width a bit more height and 7 seats

I am a heavy traveller here in ksa and have driven 70k h6 2.0 riyadh to makkah/madinah mostly and now 20k new hyundai santa fe.

In pakistan one may be confused between the two , but under scotching sun and more then 8 hour journey the differences in seat fabric , ergononmic , cabin noise, suspension and A.C performance becomes very clear.

I am not saying H6 HEV is not a good vehicle it truly is for the value for money and reliability but long distance and cabin comfort its an easy pick for me i.e santa fe.

I'd suggest spending a million more and getting the full option awd version of santafe if budget permits you won't regret it in the long term.

This is what I considered while taking the decision of buying Signature or Smart Version of Santa Fe. 1 M difference is nothing as compared to the add ons you get with it. Let alone the price of AWD/HTRAC equipment is 0.5 M and for another 0.5 M you get about 12 extra features. So if you calculate the Signature variant is real value for money car and on top of it the discount was 0.8 M in Signature and 0.5 M in Smart variant. If the budget permits Santa Fe Signature is the best buy.

Well i believe after considering multiple factors would still go for h6 hev as refund will take 45 days also based on valuable pakwheels users signature is better and i dont have that kind of budget at this moment so will have to settle for h6 hev for 3,4 years. May be In sha ALLAH will go for santa fe once new generation is launched in 3,4 years time.

On the same boat here - waited on the Sportage HEV L, but the Santa Fe Signature was value to the buck. Ventilated seats was a big bonus in my decision, though the screen of the Sportage L was a lot better compared to Santa Fe ( Only downside for me )

Booked on the 25th of February, dealer saying delivery in 15-18 days - wonder how you got it this fast in your below comment; maybe close to the factory or colour? I'm in khi.

For me, Santa Fe Signature is still about a million or so more than what it should be for the features it offers to be considered value for money. It should be around the price of Smart (PKR 12.5 million) to be a good deal considering it's lack of features compared to most competitors in the same segment.

Kia Sorento, Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, Oshan X7, and Jetour X70 Plus are all significantly cheaper while offering comparable feature-set. I don't think Hyundai's superior quality and brand value is worth the extra PKR 4-5 million compared to these.

There’s the ‘Chinese’ and South Korean emphasis too I feel.

Although, the current Kia sorento I don’t rate very highly.. new one? Now that’s a different topic all together - depending on what they bring and prices.

Within the current price bracket between Kia sportage L, and Santa Fe - it’s a no brainer, bar the 1m price tag. Adas vs none, 7 seater and better decked out vs new shape, etc..

I am an overseas Pakistani. Came for a short visit. Sold my Sportage 2023 and was waiting for New Sportage. Kia people ditched and I decided to buy Santa Fe HEV with just 1 M difference from Sportage HEV. Went to Hyundai Central in Lahore. Booked it on 12th and received it on 22nd Feb.
I returned back. Didn't had a chance to drive. I will go back and drive it during Eid Holidays InshaAllah. I think the delivery is very quick on full payment. It could be 3-4 days of transit to Karachi. I cannot comment on the drive but my driver starts it every 3-4 days for keep the battery charging.

Booked on full payment as well, dealer saying 15 to 18 days - though, I insisted the car should be straight from the factory and no ready stock.

Just a quick query; I've gotten my PBO, dealer did mention my invoice will come in a few days after the car comes in. Have you gotten yours at the time of delivery?

I'd like to have it registered and insured before I drive off the showroom lot.

I was told it's available only till then end of the month, 28th February. The dealer did mention since they've reduced prices they are selling a lot more, especially with KIA prices.
