PKDM Car in Rs 1.6m budget

Salam to all!

As the title suggest, I am in the hunt for a PKDM car. The car is for my father which is why I am limited to the locally manufactured cars. Would really appreciate if anyone has any cars available that meet the below criteria.

Also would appreciate comments on the shortlisted candidates.

Requirements:
- Karachi registered
- Sedan
- Auto transmission
- 2011+ model
- Low mileage (preferably under 35k kms)
- Running on petrol (no CNG)

Shortlisted candidates:
- Honda Civic 1.8 ivtec prosmatec
- Honda City 1.3 auto
- Toyota Corolla 1.6 gli auto
- Toyota Corolla 1.6 Altis auto

Usage:
- Usual city running of about 50 to 70 kms per day
- May be used on long routes once in a couple of months
- Would be mostly driven by my father (he currently is driving a 2010 xli)

Budget: Rs. 1.6m (Rs. 16 lakhs)

When needed: I am looking to sort this out during this week.

Considering that ur father would be driving it . Gli/altis auto would do the job as it is very comfortable wrt civic nd city nd its fuel average is also better then both + spares are cheap then both nd would not depreciate money even after 3 years bcz being corolla nd top of all you would get toyota reliability.

Another plus point is that my father is already used to the rolla. Hopefully i can find a clean enough car.

Checked that option. Delivery is taking time. Need the car a bit more urgently hence tilting towards a used one.

Automatic Swift is also a good option... Fuel consumption is equal to city prosmatec... + hatchbacks are easy to handle...

Yar go for Corolla .. your father will be driving it , so comfort , resale, plus as you said he is used to corolla ....
So it will be a nice upgrade switching to a bigger engine , abs and stuff... I think Gli would be better if you want to consider resale as a factor other wise Altis ... Just get the car completely inspected by toyota ...

Drove a manual altis a few days back, nice bit of torque, could easily pull the car in 2nd or 3rd gear on slow speeds, so a comfortable drive from that perspective. I'd suggest altis auto, and if the cruisetonic version is CVT then an Altis cruisetonic or a 1.6 gli cruisetonic.

I don't think 10th gen comes with cvt transmission in altis.

The main reason i was steering towards the rolla os that my father's been driving one already. So the transition would not be that difficult.

So no cvt then I don't really see the point of cruisetonic until and unless there is a lot of highway travelling. The only downside of corolla is that it's in demand for thiefs.

You can definetly find an Altis 2011-2012 in the similar budget aswell, But i personally feel a less used Civic would be easier to find+ Taking into consideration Civic has a lower resale compared to Altis 1.6
