I think we can expect local HR-V around 6 Million

Wouldn't this 6mn be the price of CBU? Prices of test units are always inflated.

I'm expecting prices of HRV to remain between BRV and Civic, just like in the rest of the world.

Nope. Cross is bigger in all dimensions and is based on Corolla's underpinnings. On the other hand, HRV shares its platform with Honda Fit, a smaller vehicle.

Remember price of the test unit of Civic ? We almost got the same price for the PKDM Civic Turbo at launch.

I am just guessing on basis of previous launch from Honda. I think we will have three variants. Fully loaded might be in mid to high 5's.. keep in mind $ is now 200 ..

Fair point. But in case the top variant gets priced that high, BRV and Civic should see corresponding price hikes. HRV's segment will remain between those two, that's a given.

No brv is coming old one will be there. Then its hrv and then civic or may be if we see hybrid hrv then it will be the most expensive local honda car

God knows who is running Honda atlas and who are decision makers.

Launching the all new BRV would have been a better proposition overall. Honda atlas is very late for HRV now.

Launching HRV, when Tucson and Sportage have matured in this segment doesn't seem very ideal.

Didn't Honda learn from the imported HRV, the day new sportage launches it will be a market killer.

Although we still don't know if it's HRV or Vezel.

Since already Corolla cross is on cards, some how Japanese are paving way for the Koreans aswell in Pakistani market.

According to the PW article from yesterday, new BRV is also in the pipeline from Atlas.

I think they may have some news about the new taxes on bigger engines and planned for 1500cc segment

Vezel comes from Honda Fit and City family. Coupling it a 1.5L is much more feasible for Honda since they are using the same engines.

It must be, since most of it is imported from Indonesia, once they stop current model supplies/kits Honda will move to the new one.

But that is still far away.

Brio is the need of the time. With rising fuel prices and Alto fetching 300,000 plus invoice price in open market that is the market to be tapped by Honda and Toyota. I dont know what does suzuki sell them for not offering smaller hatch backs.

Suzuki sedans are a flop, so they discontinue them, but Toyota and Honda can definitely offer competitive hatchbacks.

Honda has multiple Brio units imported few years ago and development work was ongoing BUT they closed the file. The cost of PKDM Brio model was much higher than comparative Suzuki products and back then there was no Picanto, No Alsvin, No Saga and No Yaris. I think Toyota and Honda is more interested in upper segments models where they can bring more profits per unit.

According to files, even indus motors imported a unit of brio when Indus motors was working on Etios and Etios sedan.

But probably per unit profit is more important to them. Even Today Picanto being smaller then Cultus sells neck to neck with Cultus/Celerio/(worldwide Alto).

L15Z 1.5L engine confirmed. Possible three varaints.

Since top of the line JDM Vezel now comes with pan roof unlike 1st gen, can we expect pan roof in PKDM version because all the other crossovers have it as well?

Booking scene is on civic and then switching. I doubt it will get as much hype but still in Pakistan, u never know

The Indonesian model would be a better indicator of what we can expect. Top 2 trims of Indo HRV have panoramic roofs so I think at least our top trim must have it, especially since Atlas knows how much Pakistanis like sunroofs.
