2019 Which place Should We Select

May I request an advice to have a trip during 23/03 to 25/03 from Lahore on Corolla Xli total 4-5 male members. Option-1 Leepa valley Option-2 Sawat, Kalam, Malam Jabba. Please share the experiences seniors may have keeping in view the weather and road conditions etc.

Or would it be possible to visit Chitral, Kalash valley during these dates?

chitral might not be open as lowari tunnel is closed due to snow

Leepa valley is not possible in these dates...go to sawat kalam malam jabba or go to neelum valley
