Planning Kalam Tour by the end of July

Hi,
I want to visit Kalam and nearby areas via Toyota Coaster. We will be around 20 persons.
I want to get info about hotel rates
What are the road conditions from Mangora to Kalam?
Our tour will be 4 days 3 Nights and will start last week of July

Mingora to Kalam road is in bad condition but coaster would do just fine. Where do you plan to go in Kalam?
