Hello everyone,
I purchased a zero meter Honda CD70 in year 2010. Now it's approximately 47000 km driven, rings never changed, piston never opened, no major repairs done ever, tuning & oil changing done timely & throughout maintained by Honda Company.
Now I am planning a road trip from Lahore to Murree via G.T Road, I ve recently changed bike tyres, before setting out I'll do tuning, oil change, install side mirrors & ll also change bike chain set. A friend of mine will accompany me & we both will drive bike one by one all the way long. We'll also not be carrying any heavy luggage with us. A lot of people have susscefully done such long trips on Honda CD70 so I'll not be the Neil Armstrong to do that 
What I want to ask is the precautions or any other arrangements I must do before executing the plan? Any person who has set out on long trips on CD70 may also share his experience and brief me accordingly, will my plan be extremely tiring & tough? Or somehow easily manageable? After how many KMs should I must stop & stay for a while to give ourselves & the bike a bit of rest? please I want full participation of you guys on this forum as it would be my first experience on bike, I have visited different cities and hilly areas on my car & drove comfortably in zigzagging roads of hill stations but it will be the first adventure on bike.
