Planning My life's first ever PROJECT ! need suggestions

Hello PW'ers

I have finally decided to jump into this whole world of insane people ... yes to me you all are

Unbelievable people with unbelievable minds and projects !!!

well, my project is not going to be a HARDCORE one but a simple and nippy one

and i also know that i am not the first one who is going to start this, there are many who have done this before but to me it is the most affordable , quick , reasonable , FAST and economical project as i will use the car for my daily routine as well.

I would be very happy to get support , suggestions , feed back , comments etc etc what ever i will get from here.

Well, the Plan is ...

Having a 2 door manual tranny Toyota vitz or yaris

and install the 1NZ-FE 1.5L vvti package in it ...

keeping in mind the whole suspension to be changed accordingly...

larger front DISK breaks or going for 4 wheel DISKS ..

having the best suitable exhaust for the car ... and going for complete first stage (n/a)

light weight performance rims + tyres

optional :

paint job

front and back bumpers and side skirts

gauges etc etc

I am looking for both major components of my Project i:e a 2 door manual vitz and the 1NZ-FE engine ...

if any one of you could help me in this regard .. the act would be highly appreciable

I have rarely seen two door vitz ! But if you can find a good one its really going to be an awesome project ! As for the engine is there a special reason you are going for the 1nzfe ?

Try Finding Uncut Wiring ..Would Be Less Hassle....!!

yaar .. just 2 days back .. i lost a vitz .. it was Blue in color .. 2 door + manual transmission + alloy rims + cng .. car sold out in 5 lac :S

i was just a day late for that ride .. felt so bad

but im not letting my hopes fall ... i will InshaAllah find a better one

get a xe corolla or diesel variant put a 3SGTE - you are all set and will be happy on stock boost ...

if you are lucky enough scrap off some GT corolla parts from peshawar or turkham !

another reason is .. 1nz-fe complete setup wud not cost me that much .. as the stock clutch and gears wud work fine ..

PS: have confirmed this from a PW member who did this project 4 years before successfully

3s-gte will take not less than arms and leg when it comes on swapping and coming over with all issues till it work best

1NZ Is Best Bang For Buck Considering fuel prices And power To weight.....!! a family guy can't afford to do all the chichoriness and

Shodiness.....even i can't do myself after getting busy in life.....!!

Get something which you can drive daily all day long and you don't have to get dependent too much on

Yes it has gone just under an engine swap...no body cutting at all.... axles were custom fabricated... no big alteration, its minor

Bravo122 has posted the link for the same vitz...the owner is a very good friend of mine..he has lots of pics and videos of the project but he never shares it.
