Planning road trip. Need your help friends

Dear Friends,

I am planning a road trip from Karachi to Lahore with Family (wife & 2 kids). Already drove 3 times from Karachi to Islamabad so no issue in driving long, already have visited Muree,Kashmir, Naran/Kaghan/Shogran side. This time I want to visit cities between the route. Need your guidance and help, what cities I should stay (for a night at least) and what places are worth seeing.

What are foods should we try?
Any suggestions for hotel or rest house?
Any must visit point/place?

I have 10 days leaves to finish this trip,
