I'd suggest these...
1. Air press (they come with and without chrome)
2. Window tints (light or dark, only back windows, only rear glass, all or whatever you like)
3. Extensions or lips (body). Simple, decent side skirts look good too.
4. You can go for interior lights if want to (different options)
5. Fog lights will be good as they increase visibility at night. I will suggest yellow orignal fog lights.
6. Full floor cover (poshish wale karte heen shayad, plastic ya leather kind of material hota hai jo gaarii k poore farsh pe stitch ho jata hai. It helps keeping the car clean A LOT. Jo farash pe carpet hai wo saaf karna mushkil hota hai most of the time. (My perspective)
7. Jump start karne k liye cables
8. Mud guards / mud flaps
9. Mobile holder
10. Go pro. Aap pe depend karta hai bhaii but Pakistan kii traffic mutaabiq mae sab ko ye suggest karuu ga. In case you get hit, aap dosre bande ko pakar sakte heen saboot k sath (sab record ho ga or no. plate, dosre bande ka face etc. sab aap k pas ho ga. Allah sab ko mefooz rakhen but ptaa naii chalta Pakistan mae).
