why not hybrid as it will give u better fuel economy and features then Honda City (6 year old) (even Atlas Honda not introducing new generation)
Toyota Aqua 1.5 hybrid is much better then city if u can bear with small trunk in approx same budget 1.4m to 1.7m

As sedan,room space,interior,resale,parts availability city is much better what u will save by fuel will loose more in parts & resale.

Agree with u, on Aqua. But i require a family car with Trunk for luggage! so i thats y i prefer city.

The price difference b/w 1.3L & 1.5L Manual is 20,000. so which should i choose?

Adding W.H. Tax (for filer)

1.3 Aspire Manual 16.53 + 0.3 = 16.83 Lakh
1.5 Aspire manual 16.73 + 0.5 = 17.23 Lakh

so difference is 40 thousands for Tax Filer

and if you are non-filter
1.3 Aspire Manual = 16.53 + 0.4 = 16.93 Lakh
1.5 Aspire Manual = 16.73 + 1.0 = 17.73 Lakh

and for non-filer , difference is 80 Thousands

If you are Tax Filer, just go for 1.5 Aspire without second thought.

No point in waiting as false rumors will always be around if you ask me. 7th gen City will be launched worldwide around 2018, so Honda Atlas launching the older 6th gen in Pak in 2017 doesn't seem logical at all.

OP if you want more comfort and ease get the Pros 1.5L but if you're ok with occasional clutch grinding in stop and go traffic then just get the Aspire Manual 1.5 as it's better than the prosmatec in most ways i.e. considerable power difference, better fuel economy and resale as well if you are one of those who change cars every couple years.

1.3 Manual is very economical. 1.3 Prosmatic is sluggish in terms of response and not very fuel efficient.

1.5L manual has short gear ratios, so it is very responsive but not very economical on highways. 1.5 prosmatic is a relief in that matter. Very fuel efficient specially on highways. It gives better average than 1.3 prosmatic in city.

Do go for Aspire in whatever model you decide to buy. It is worth it.

Maybe they have been maintaining the cars from road side mechanics who would have torn apart all the wires and started to give problems. I have city since Aug 2015 and going on like champ. Though it is not as comfortable as corolla on bumpy/village roads but its drive is far more superior to the xli/gli.

Other than the hard suspension everything's perfect. I own a 1.3 manual. It's a bit sluggish when 5 adult are sitting in the car. Other than that i don't have any problems so far, been using for the past year

If you are going for 1.5 then opt for Prosmatic.

Hi dear i will recommend you to go for 1.5 manual if you to enjoy it. Prosmatec is also good no doubt but paying 1.5 lac for prosmatec does not justify. I have 1.3 MT and really enjoy the drive. I dont know what people want from city. This is not a sports car and is built for daily travelling.
