Asak . I want to buy a motorbike having engine capacity of 70cc. Honda CD70 is out of my budget which is Rs.45K. Can anyone tell me the second best choice within my range ?

P.S. This would be my first experience with a motorbike so I dont know what to check in a bike or what to do to keep it running.

hero metro hi speed are your choices..i had ridden hero 2010,2007,2008 ryt now m using 2008 rf 70 n enjoying it..

Friend I have experience of 2 cities about Chonda 70. In Karachi unique, super power and super star are famous and having good sale/resale value, while in Lahore Pak Hero, Ravi and Metro are good at sale/resale. Choose one according to city if are from Karachi or Lahore.

All chinese bikes are same, only diff is in their stickers(graphics). If u can find a good 05 or 06 cd 70, then go for it.

Thank you everyone for replying on my thread. I live in Islamabad and from above posts I conclude that Pak hero is 2nd best option after honda. Now, when buying a used motorbike what should I check in it ?

^^ first of all drive the bike for atleast 10 minutes before buying. I am sure 60% of your decision will be made in these 10mins automatically. If its upto me, I will never buy a bike if it does not appeal me in first 10mins drive.

Rest i don't know how to check the bike by engine. There are senior members who can tell you about that. Better if you take any reliable mechanic with you while buying. And in case of used, only buy cd70. It will be better to buy a 2006/2007 model used CD70 in range of 30000 rather than buying 2011 model used chonda in the same amount...

Bhai now chondas are available on installments..I would advise you to buy a zero meter hi-speed on installments..Would be light on your pocket..I wont recommend a used one but if you are into it..BUY ANY CHONDA FROM A UNCLE-G(SINGE HAND DRIVEN)

bro no 2nd hand cd 70 please. buy a chonda n treet it with care it will last 10 times longer then cd 70. i had bitter experience with my 07 cd 70. got it 2nd hand v v clean body but ****** up engine. had to rebuild it fully
