Planning to sell vitz 07 and buy a 05-06 coure for mileage and maint, help me decide?

Coure will be bit small for family otherwise for individual its a great economical car on cng, if you go for cultus then it will give you slight less economy on cng but it is spacious, i would suggest you buy 2008-2010 cultus with cng

what about the noises and squeeks coming from even new cultuses

I kept 2008 cultus till 2011, never faced any noises but pkdm me chalta hai thora dont be extra woried, you can buy it from suzuki certified car dealer for peace of mind.

poor milege, old tecnolegy, carby engine, coure give you 11-12 cultus efi(sep 2007+) 14-16 santro 16-18

Don't mislead others by putting wrong mileage of cuore. If properly tuned, it does give you 13-14 kmpl. If driven soft footed, it can achieve even 15-16 kmpl provided the cuore is in good working condition.

I've got both Vitz and coure at home, I don't think that is even a comparison if you compare comfort and safety. I've got a 2006 1.3L, and it does 13 kmpl in city, and around 15 kmpl on highway with AC, no hyper-miling. And during the course of 18 months of owning it, I've just changed water pump because its bearing got noisy for PKR 3000, labor included. It's a daily driver, runs around 1000 km/month.

If you don't have financial constraints, I feel they is no reason to even think of coure. If you're skeptical about resale and mileage, you may opt for 06~07 city.

im talking about avg mileage, n what is diff in between 11-12 n 13-14, also consider the coures which are giving hardly 10 kmpl, yes you can improve the mileage by updating plugs, points, wires etc, same you can improve mileage of cultus n santro too

well ALHAMDULILLAH i dont have any financial crunches, but obviously i dont have too much that if i lose a lac or two then it wont effect, basically my aim behind this downgrade is relief of keeping a low maintenance car which , if by mistake is driven rash or care is overlooked should not start degrading rapidly,,

bro i reciprocate your opinion about safety and comfort but let me pose u a queston, if u have to go to a place where u expect bumpy roads or overloaded friends , which ride will you take out? and why ,, the sole reason is that u dont want to ruin ur vitz all the time,, most of the times u have to load 5 guys besides u to go somewhere , all these things lead in the deterioration

right now i am in hyderabad and believe me every tycoon owns a landcruiser , surf , premio but they have coure as their side gadgetry , the soul reason is that they want it trouble free, and i concur with ur opinion over thora bht chalta hai noises ,
i will short down my list and will let u know
