Planning to sell vitz 07 and buy a 05-06 coure for mileage and maint, help me decide?

i was previously driving a alto 07 on cng , the poor mileage and performance led me to buy a vitz 07 , after driving vitz for more than a year i have deduced following facts-

1. Troublesome in maintaining its condition and MARKET VALUE i paid a bit high for the car by virtue of its condition ( because it is scratch less and no paint jobs till date) this is a good thing but it makes you over cautious while driving or some friend asks for ur car or even parking it in a crowded place, it is worth mentioning that u buy a car to have no troubles but maintaining the market price cannot be overlooked and it becomes annoying after some time.
2. NOT A CONVINCING FUEL AVERAGE IN GENERAL After driving the car for more than a year and experiences from friends/ relatives who own vitz I am convinced that that this car cannot do more than 10 kmpl in general regardless of its condition, with normal car maintenance, all guys claiming more than this average are either hypermilling or spend alot on maintainence.
   3the condition deteriorates a bit fast , resulting downgrading market value if u have purchased a car for 10 lak and after u drive it for a year u should expect 9 lac if u have maintained it well , all i want to summarize is that this car cannot give u profit easily,
   4 costly parts for a joy ride like vitz u have to pay the price in spare parts as well , this fact should also be considered

now coming over to coure with its benifits that i am looking
1. low price maintenance
2. rugged car , means u can drive it with no worries of road conditions or if some relative or friend asks for it
3. good market value
3. good average
4. better than any small car available in market, i.e alto , Mehran, Cultus, Japanese alto, even i prefer it over Mira

based on my deductions please give ur valuable input in making decision, because taking opinion is Sunnah and beneficial, please take some time and suggest with details it would be highly appreciated

only running it on cng would make it a cheaper car to run
dont u think it would be a big downgrade?

bro cultus starts too much noises after one year,, i am not hypothetically , i have friend who is using it,,
i know its a big downgrade but believe me vitz ki aik different noise start ho jaey u start worrying , plus i am a govt servent with a middle payscale ,
but ur point is also geniune, so what u suggest besides cultus

but cultus does take the beating.thousands sold to the government and they work around well&sell well to.people asking insane money for 2000 model cultuses here even
spacious hatchback with working AC

waisay a brand new wagon R would not require workshop trips for 5 years (not bad either)
(i am just trying to convince you to buy a small local EFI car). carby cars suck on petrol consumption. Else cuore has no other issues.

if u can get CNG easilly you might still want to go for it!

I have kept 3 Vitz and i agree to the Fact that Vitz can not give more than 10-13km/pl in Karachi. Secondly a 2007 Vitz still has a resale value of 10 if very well maintained. Vitz does have an expensive maintainence but it does not require much maintainance cuore on the other hand has cheap maintainence but it will require frequent maintaintance so end will be same. Vitz is 100 times better than cuore and coure has a slight better fuel average than vitz. Vitz has all the luxuries like power steering,chilling ac,power windows,abs etc,etc and cuore has nothing. i felt vitz easy to drive and if you r a good driver than it is not hard to drive.
So dont do this mistake and keep your vitz.

if u can hardly manage to afford 10 lacs then always go atleast 3 or 4 lacs down vehicle. agar kuch kharab hota hai and if it gets wear and tear , so u should not be bothered alot , plus make vehicle a luxury not a liability,
only rich car enthusiast can keep vehs clean and fully maintained

my vitz also worths 10 lac presently its 2007, , one bump on the body and think of its price, it will rocket towards the bottom rock in regards to its value
plus yar u have to be cautious if some one closes the door a bit voilently , or if u cannot manage to apply brakes over some bump, or somehow u are a bit overloaded and u run into a speed breaker and ur bottom body touches it ,,
just imagine all the side effects and now think of some replacement , u will sure endup at coure

bro lets agree to the disagree if i buy a local efi car , (wagon r) it will worth almost same as my present vitz and in return i again get a vehicle for which i have to be worried all the time about scratches and noises,
this makes me very uncomfortable if i notice a new scratch

The only problem is the carburetor as it is difficult to tune it on both sources of fuel, the majority is saying Cultus efi then go for it. Good spacious car with good ac performance.
