I search Youtube I found all the videos about OHV, SOHC, DOHC engines but I want to know about OHC engines how they work how their architecture.

you have written already.
SOHC, DOHC are two application of OHC "over head cam". S means single and D means dual. Other concepts are same.

They write OHC generally. OHC is a generic term. If only OHC is written then it will be either SOHC or DOHC but usually SOHC.
