Please help - Daihatsu mira Multan number transfer in KHI & Taxation issue

Aoa, My name is junaid.
I want to ask you guys a question? I wanna buy a car that is Multan registered and I live in Karachi.

How does transfer of that file take place.. Do i need to go to Multan for transfer??
and what about yearly tax, would that be submitted in multan or is there any way forward to do it in Karachi

Please share exact information regarding this

In Karachi, cars are cheaper. Better to buy a Karachi registered car, it will be easier to sell as well...
