Please help me regarding speed issue

Hello salam..
please help me regrading this issue,,When I run the air conditioner I notice that the car 's engine does not increase the speed as the rest of the other cars.. it goes till 40 then stops accelerating the speed..
If the air conditioner is turned on while the car is parked on signals etc ,the engine sometime turns off.

This problem is bothering me many do not find a solution

What the solution do you think?

The cars come with an onboard diagnostics port. I think cars after 2000 are all equipped with OBD-II ports. The port is located mostly under the steering wheel or some other spot behind the dashboard. You'll have to check from the owner's manual or internet.

The scanner is a handheld device that plugs into your car's OBD-II port and checks for error codes. Deciphering those codes can tell you what is wrong with your car. You can also erase those codes and see if the issue comes up again afterwards.
