I have first generation Vitz Automatic (model) 2002. I park it outside of my house in a parking ground. For last few weeks I am not driving it daily and it is usually parked for 3-4 days at the same exact spot. For last few days I am experiencing some strange noise from the base like when you ring the bell(like big Hindu temple Ghunta/Bell) when I reverse it to get out from parking area with some up down movement, as if there is a jump/speed breaker(which is not there).
Also few days earlier when I pull down the hand brake something felt wrong, it did not make the cracking noise which it does when you pull it up(I am able to drive the car even when the hand brake is pull up).
What could be the reason? Is it related to suspension?
Note: Few days earlier(before this problem) this car was being taken away by traffic police for parking in a No Parking Zone to some 2-3 kilometers distance.
