Went to a friends home last night but device needs settings before entering to menu mode.. Can only be done with mine ptcl number..

Hdmi cable comes with device.. But my laptop is not connecting to it.. I guess laptop hdmi ports are only out supply.. Correct me if am wrong??

I mean connect hdmi to your tv

No its different from mine.. I am also getting error from smart tv.. After 5 or 6 minutes screen stops and said system is busy.

Please help any one..

Check your phone line and make sure that SNR is very good. Other wise smart tv won't work

Can you please post a couple photos of the user interface when the device starts working? Also pics of remote. I'm planning on getting my device changed. right now i have black one since I got smart tv 2,3 months ago but the interface is pathetic and slow.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with rewind or tvod with this device? whenever I rewind or use tvod the picture is so jerky it is impossible to watch! can anyone help me on this?!

brother men ney bhi abhi smart tv lagwaya hai aur new device lagayi hai black colour ki zte ki sub configuration sahi set ki hai per yehi error aarha hai user not exist aap ka yeh problem kasey theek hwa tha mere ghar to kal ptcl wala 1 hour tak laga rha per theek nhe hwa masla.
