still no progress wohi error aarha hai aur exchange waley bol rhey han key back end sey aap ki id activate nhe ho rhi hai hai hum kuch nhe kar saktey islamabad sey hi issue resolve ho ga, samajh nhe aata yar kis chakar men phans gye han dil karta hai aag laga doon ptcl head office ko.

Fone line is OK and perfect and Snr boly to??

How far your dslam/telephone exchange is??if its above 5 kms ,don't waste your money.iptv won't work properly..

It has nothing to do with 5 km.
The issue is that ptcl staff treat their customers as their servants.

Hi guys. I am reviving this thread. I have the same box as @spano and about 2 months ago, my box auto updated from PTCL side. Since ater the update, the voice and video become out of sync on many channels and on videos that I play from external flash storage.

I am thinking of factory resetting the box but then I will lose all my settings, which include the username, password and all IPs of servers etc. Is there another way around this to resolve the issue?
