Car Xli Model 2010 when i press the accelerator pedal noise start coming like whistle and disapper when accelerator pedal is released without any clutch or brake. the sound start coming at speed of round about 40 km/h

Check weather stripping

check the serpentine engine belt.
when engine is idling pour slowly some water over spinning belt & test.
