At first I was thinkin that if the guy (red car) apologizes to you after (wave of the hand) he can be pardoned .... but that f u c k e r was on his bloody phone... isko car mein say nikal kar chowk kay center mein ghaseet kar mar mar kar bandar bana daina chaiyaya tha.
And to be honest... H Block ka Allah hi hafiz hay... just like Hot Spot @ Lalik Chowk .. but recently I have observed over weekends that if the ricers exceed their burnout limits the police does lock up a car or two early on in the night and that makes all the others run away lol..
