There are books and websites of Islamic names so you'd actually be Better off searching in them. The only Two things I'd Suggest is:

1. Make the name be unique (like mine! This is also From the Holy Quran by the way) and

2. Meaningful, Something that'll have an impact on the boy's Nature unlike Some names that Mean things like, 'jannat ka darakht', 'jahanam ki hava', etc. At least it's my belief that names do play a part on One's character.
