Stamping costs Rs.150 per tyre, reliable dealer is essential as Hashim pointed out. Plus while selecting the tire the most important factor is to keep in mind the roads we have to deal with, premium tires mostly are too soft to take the abuse. Continental is good but costs way more then other's. Japanese sumitomo is the best value for money

Go for Continental Comfort Contact CC5. It's the most silent, Comfortable and Road Grip tire. Fresh production of late 2013 or early 2014. Will cost you around 8500 each

Continental Comfort Contact CC5 is made in Malaysia. And ya they are 100% warranted.
I installed Continental tires on my Civic 2014. As compared to the stock tires, they are very light and balance beautifully. The ride at high speed on the motor way is so smooth that now I realize that the money was well spent. Also the road noise is now much less.
