Please suggest - Sumitomo / Yokohama / Dunlop

Getting these tyres for my City IDSI 2004.. Prices are as follows:

Dunlop sports 490 (indonesia) 185/65/r14 Rs 5900/=
Sumitomo (japan) 185/65/r14 Rs 6000/=
Yokohama aspec A300 (Japan) 185/65/r14 Rs 6750/=

Which one is recommended out of these above?

And please tell me how to read tyre manufacturing date...

The tire carries lot of information, such as manufacturing year/month, max speed, etc. Make sure they are not old stock, as rubber of old tires gets hard and they become useless. Also see that they are not winter tires (winter tires have deep treads), sent from abroad for disposal here.

I got my City's tires changed last week got Dunlop in 185/70R13 from Khalid bin waleed road @5750 per tire
before buying any tire inspect it first and look for its date stamp
it looks like this (pic taken from the web)

the first 2 digits are week of production
the last 2 are year of production

Yoko is really an outdated pattern. Dunlop and Sumitomo are taxi grade tyres.

You should buy General Euro Klass or LingLong Greenmax Eco Touring, Firestone F590, Hankook Optimo ME02, Kumho KH11, Yokohama Blue Earth AE01, Toyo TEO Plus, Nanakang CX-668 Tourer, GT Radial Maxtour, Nexen SH9i if on budget.

If u can spend more than Yokohama C drive 2, Bridgestone AR20, Sumitomo HTR T4 and Goodyear Duraplus are excellent tyres.

Pirelli P4, Michelin Energy XM-2, Dunlop LM704, Bridgestone GR90 and Continental Eco Contact 5 are at top of the game but also are most expensive.
