Suzuki Mini Motors is the worst Suzuki dealership in Pakistan.
Sales: Before and after booking a vehicle through them, you will observe a 360-degree change in their sales staff behavior. Once your vehicle will arrive, they will force you to get the vehicle registered through them and they will charge 10 – 15K on top of the registration charges. Likewise, they will force you to get the vehicle insured through them as well or they won’t hand you over the vehicle.
Though, they will never mention such requirements (no delivery without registration or insurance) at the time of booking.
The story doesn’t end over here. The place where they park vehicles before delivering them to their customers is next to the paint booth. They don’t close the door of the paint booth while painting. I received two brand new cars on different occasions from them with overspray. Mostly the cars that are parked over there next to the paint booth or the body shop get the overspray.
Imagine that I had to clay the brand new cars followed by the compound and polish for paint correction.
After Sales Service (Workshop): Their after-sales services are pathetic as well. They won’t approve or process any warranty claim easily. They will try their level best to discourage you or forward your case to any other dealership.
They don’t have the appropriate tools available in their workshop i.e. torque wrench, filter wrench, etc. Mostly they use a belt to tighten the oil filter. The feeler gauges that I saw over there were covered in rust. Most of their sockets, wrench, etc. slip and damage bolts.
There is one thing good about their service supervisor and mechanics that they will convince you to change the engine oil and filter of the brand new car (driven less than 500KM), brake service, throttle body cleaning, etc. In short, even they will suggest you change parts (unnecessarily).
As mentioned before, their workshop isn’t properly equipped with the tools that are necessary to perform maintenance.
The mechanics will put dirty rags on your car fender and will cause scratches. They will not hesitate to get into your car with dirty and greasy hands…
Spare Parts: The spare parts manager (Mr. Anjum) is a nice person and very helpful whenever you have to order a part from the company.
Body Shop: I will not recommend anyone visit their body shop. They are still using stone age tools for denting. They don’t have an operational paint booth. As per the available information, its filters are clogged. Once I had an automotive plastic part painted from them, it was full of dust and it had human hair in it.
I live 1.5 KM away from Suzuki Mini Motors but I do prefer to visit another Suzuki dealership which is around 4 KM from my home. Though, I do carry my sockets set, wrench, torque wrench, etc. along with me and supervise the work.
