Please tell me of a reliable mechanic for Hilux Surf 2000 (Diesel) in Karachi?

I have a Hilux Surf 2000, that I just got my hands on but it needs work. The engine won't rev up and the check engine light is on, I think something to do with the fuel pump. The gear also needs to be checked out along with bits and bolts here there! Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
