Plot exchange with car (karachi)

Before I start please do not hate me for posting this, there are financial reasons.

I bought a plot in 2011 as investment so I have the plot originally, the plot is located in Sector 10/5 Surjani Town near Aziz Excellency, looking to exchange it with Corolla Gli 2008-2010 or Honda Civic Reborn 2006-2010.
The value of plot is around 12 lac however the location is only suitable for investors since it doesn’t have many residents.

I need a car instead of plot because covid has hit hard and I’d like to drive car on rental basis.
