I wish to sale this 500 Yds residential plot in DHA CITY.
The plot is in the Retired army officers category, and installment payment schedule is as per retired army officers category.
total payable amount to DHA in 10 year installment plan is 1015000 against the plot.
im asking 6.50 lac rupees in cash for the transfer in buyers name . hence The total amount payable by the buyer will be 1665000 eventually against the plot at the end of the installments..
Same plot in civilian category is being sold at 1915000 (installments) + 165000 (profit asked by seller) = 2080000 (market price)
Basically the buyer will be saving good 3-4 lac for paying advance of 6.5 lac rupees in this deal in simple words.
The price of these plots are bound to rise to at least 40 lac DHA as every one knws DHA repute but in minimum 5 years . (any 500yd plot in any dha anywhere in pak is no less then that(40lac) on maturity)
