Plot in NFC Phase 2 LAHORE?

Dear Pakwheelers,

It is wise and worthy decision to buy 5/10 Marla plot in NFC phase 2 LAHORE for future investment purpose or for own house construction later on?

I couldn't find the development plan of NFC 2.
Can any body also tell Nfc 2 development plan?

Its better to Invest in Pak Arab as they have also launched Phase 2 with more 4000 plots i have also invested my money in Pak Arab Housing Society as its on main Ferozpur Road and Metro Station is infront of The Gate of the society Phase 2 Block F 5 Marla Price is now 20-22 Lakhs and it will be more than 25 Lakh after 3 to 4 Months as Developement is going to start soon and Phase 1 is Totally Developed and there are almost 3 to 4000 Houses and Plots in Phase 1

I'd say that you should stay away from NFC Phase-2 as Bahria Town has recently purchased all the land surrounding NFC Phase-2 and it's converting that land into commercial area and green valley farms. The main objective behind this tactic is to bring NFC Phase-2's land in bahria town and this will be done by depreciating the value of land in NFC. Same goes for Atomic Energy Commision society near NFC Phase-2. Also, the initial plan of the ring road interchange contained plans of taking over some land of NFC for the construction of the interchange.
