Dear all I am posting what happened with me

I bought a charade 88 from pakwheels the person seems very reasonable the book of the car is original the inside bay is total original and I make a deal and bought that one after some weeks I got good offer from a person and sold the car after some days he called back me and said you chasis is cut and weild I was not believing this becoz the inside engine bay was total genuine in short I chekd the car and the car was truely cut and weild no one can even judge this finally i give money bak to the person and having some issues with the person from whom I bought plzzzzzzz do pray for me and plzzzzz chek car throughly ,documents cia centre etc its ma advice to you all I am posting the pic also do zoom it and see the chasis

well people sell their emaan for money and misrepresent the condtions and we fall for them

months ago i was also looking for a 2nd hand car with a desired no plate
and did find 2 cars but my father didnot agree to buy me that
and then he booked for a new car

Not that i am defending the seller but he didn't force you to buy this or did he? You checked the car, found the seller reasonable, book original and were fully convinced about the condition of the car. His fraud is something that he will be responsible for but this is a very common practise these days. You pulled some strings and he agreed to return the money but that hardly ever happens. 9/10 sellers lie about the actual condition of their items. (not restricting it to cars as same thing happens all the time in each 2nd hand market. take hafeez centre for mobiles as an example). A buyer has to be careful before buying.

If the seller is also not aware that the car is cut and weld then the case finishes but if he knew then he should have told. anyways hope RUSTY gets his money back and all be careful buying used cars.
