So, I was just browsing my FB feed and saw this Mehran doing Donuts, impressive.

What was annoying- It was a Public road, I guess Twin Cities.
At 0:32 in the video, you can see a car stopped by some sort of police vehicle;

Do you assume they would've called for backup i.e the Police? There was a gang of " Racers ".
Was anything said to the ' Donut ' guy?
